Quest ID: #615I found a file on Alex's computer, but it's encrypted. The encryption level is incredibly high, which only makes its contents more intriguing. I need a private key to help crack it. A Lv.2 J-Lab Certificate should be sufficient. If you can get your hands on one, bring it to me.
