That route appears to be damaged. For now, the only way to get there is by water. There is a shipping lane from Farm Town to Lab Area 37. The boat is located at the Lumber Mill west of Farm Town—don't forget to bring a ferry ticket. Oh, and one more thing: that lab is used for climate experiments. It's extremely cold, and you'd better bundle up. The signal originated from the southwest corner of the area. Go check it out.
