Obtaining Jack-o'-Lantern and Jack's Backpack
First, buy a Bell from the Vending Machine, then accept the Advertising quest. Then go to the Farm Town Sanatorium entrance and interact to unlock the Jack-o'-Lantern and Jack's Backpack.

Obtaining Candy Gun and Candy Bullet
You need to go to City Hall around 23:30-00:00 at night and use Photo Mode to solve the puzzle, obtaining the password 42451. Then go to the O room next to Farm Town and enter it to get the Candy Gun Blueprint. Then go to X room and enter it to get the Candy Bullet Blueprint.

Psionic Matter and Psionic Gun
Go to the Farm Town Sanatorium center flower bed around 23:30-00:00 at night and interact. Killing Ghosts will drop loot. Ghosts have very strong damage reduction, so you need to obtain the Candy Gun or Coin Sword beforehand to kill them. After completing the quest, you can obtain the Psionic Gun Blueprint.

Prepare at least three Jack-o'-Lanterns (the previous quest gives you the blueprint, one Pumpkin and one Bulb to craft, can be purchased at the Vending Machine), then go to this location in the bottom left of Farm Town between 00:00-04:00 at night to make a sacrifice.
The three items drop randomly. Witch Hat is about 20%, Witch Cloth is 55%, and Fire Stick is about 35%.
